Lavon Drive Baptist Church

The folks at Lavon Drive Baptist Church provide a backup shelter and buses to transport our friends to the shelter when we activate GLOWS (Garland Overnight Warming Station), along with many administrative tasks.  They also assist with volunteers.

Salvation Army-Garland

The Salvation Army serves as our main shelter, especially during the infamous February 2021 ice storm. 

City of Garland

The City of Garland assists us by providing supplies, cots, library signs to notify our friends when the shelter will be open, providing first responders to hit the streets to notify our friends the shelter is open, and through leadership and coordination of all organizations within the City that assist our friends through various means.

Good Samaritans

Good Sams provides snacks, water and juice.  They provide a pickup location where our homeless can wait indoors until the bus arrives to take them to the shelter.  They also assist with volunteers. 

The Gideon Group of North Texas

Our friends at The Gideon Group of North Texas provide us with volunteers and support us in so many other ways!

Reilly Echols

The wonderful folks at Reilly Echols assist us with printing brochures and business cards.

Axe Memorial United Methodist Church

Axe serves as our shelter during times when we are unable to use our regular shelter at the Salvation Army. We are so thankful to be able to use their gym! 

Buckingham Road Church of Christ

Buckingham Road Church of Christ takes your gently used clothing and sorts and sizes it, then returns it to us for distribution to our guests.
